100% distempt. It’s a traditional vinification with temperature control. No
yeast added. This wine is agged in a barrels and tank.

wine is a powerful wine, balanced, silky tannins and a beautiful
length in the mouth.
Service
It’s
enjoyed with grilled meat, a spicy dish, cheese… Serving
temperature 18°.
